Maar na je zwangerschap is je lijf verandert en kan alles anders voelen. En door de vele tegenstrijdige berichten kan je je ook nog eens onzeker gaan voelen. \u201cDoe ik het wel goed?\u201d\u00a0 In deze cursus leer je wat je kan verwachten van fitness na de zwangerschap. De cursus duurt 6 weken, met elke week 1 les van 75 min. Krijg de tools om zelf met vertrouwen te sporten. Wij gaan niet voor een \u201cquick fix\u201d, wel voor duurzaam herstel. Postpartum ben je voor altijd. Dus alle postpartum moeders zijn welkom, ook als je kindje al 1,5 jaar is. Onze ervaring is dat veel moeders bij kunnen leren over hun core, bekkenbodem en fitness. Iedereen is welkom, ongeacht je fitness-ervaring. Of je nu gewoon lekker wilt bewegen of een fitness-fanaat bent. Ook met blessures of kwaaltjes ben je gewoon welkom, tenzij je van je arts\/verloskundige\/gynaecoloog een sportverbod hebt
